Terms of Service — ReviewFlow

These Terms of Service govern your use of ReviewFlow, a customer feedback management platform operated by OutPerform Agency, based in Casablanca, Morocco. By accessing or using ReviewFlow, you agree to these terms.

• Platform — ReviewFlow, accessible at reviews.outperform.ma
• Agency — OutPerform Agency, the operator of ReviewFlow
• Client — any business or individual with a paid or trial dashboard account
• Customer — an end user who submits feedback through a client's review page
• User — any person accessing the dashboard (super admin, client admin, or client manager)

You agree to use ReviewFlow only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Impersonate any business, person, or entity
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must notify OutPerform Agency immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Each account may only be used by the individual or organization it was created for. Sharing credentials between organizations is not permitted.

Clients are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of their business information, Google Business Profile URL, and branding assets uploaded to the platform
• Ensuring their use of ReviewFlow complies with Google's review policies and WhatsApp's Business Policy
• Obtaining any necessary consents from their customers before directing them to a review page
• The content of internal replies sent to customer feedback through the dashboard

Clients who enable WhatsApp alerts agree to use this feature only for receiving operational notifications about their own business reviews. Misuse of the WhatsApp Business API integration, including sending unsolicited messages, may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to Meta.

All platform code, design, branding, and content created by OutPerform Agency remain the exclusive property of OutPerform Agency. Clients retain ownership of their own business assets (logos, brand colors, business names) uploaded to the platform.

Where applicable, access to ReviewFlow's paid features is subject to a subscription fee. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. OutPerform Agency reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

OutPerform Agency will make reasonable efforts to ensure ReviewFlow is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party service failures, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutPerform Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ReviewFlow, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage resulting from customer reviews submitted through the platform.

OutPerform Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Clients may cancel their account at any time by contacting web@outperform.ma. Upon termination, client data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

OutPerform Agency may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
